These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the URPriority LLC website and your participation in our SMS messaging program. By using this site or submitting our contact form, you agree to these terms.
About Our Services
URPriority LLC is an independent insurance agency operated by licensed agent Noah Bleicher. We provide information and quotes to help you compare health insurance options. We are not an insurance company and do not underwrite policies. Submitting a request does not create coverage, and quotes are not a guarantee of eligibility, rates, or approval.
SMS Messaging Programs
URPriority operates two separate and independent text messaging programs. Each has its own consent box on our contact form, each box is unchecked by default, and each program is joined only by checking its own box. Consent to one program is never consent to the other.
1. Customer service messages
By checking the customer service consent box on our contact form and providing your phone number, you consent to receive customer service text messages from URPriority at the number provided — such as quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, policy updates and renewal notices — including messages sent using automated technology.
2. Marketing messages (separate consent)
By separately checking the marketing consent box on our contact form, you consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages from URPriority at the number provided — such as special offers, new plan announcements and other promotional content — including messages sent using automated technology. This marketing consent is optional, is collected separately from any customer service consent, is not required to submit the form or to receive a quote, and is not a condition of any purchase.
Neither box is pre-checked and neither is required to use this site or to obtain a quote. You may opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP to a message from that program.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
Accuracy of Information
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the phone number and email address you submit.
Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
