URPriority LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by licensed agent Noah Bleicher, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information We Collect
When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, and details about the coverage you are interested in. We collect this information so that we can respond to your insurance inquiry — including sending you quotes, plan information, offers, and follow-up communications about coverage.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your request, provide insurance quotes and guidance, and follow up with you about your inquiry. How we may follow up by text depends on which consent boxes you checked — they are separate and independent choices:
- If you checked the customer service consent box, that follow-up includes customer service text messages such as quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, policy updates and renewal notices.
- If you separately checked the marketing consent box, that follow-up also includes marketing and promotional text messages about plans, offers and coverage options.
Checking one box does not enroll you in the other program. If you checked neither, we will not text you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your insurance inquiry.
Text Messaging & Mobile Opt-In
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
We operate two separate text messaging programs, each with its own unchecked consent box on our contact form:
- Customer service messages — quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, policy updates and renewal notices, sent to the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology.
- Marketing messages (separate consent) — special offers, new plan announcements and other promotional content, sent to the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. This marketing consent is collected separately, is optional, and is not a condition of any purchase.
Each consent is independent: checking one box does not opt you in to the other, and you may opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP to a message from that program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate this website and respond to your inquiry, and only as needed for that purpose, or where required by law.
Data Retention & Security
We retain your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and meet legal or regulatory obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. Quote requests are stored in a private database accessible only to authorized staff.
